Privacy notice — early access validation
How the early-access form, your data rights and optional analytics are handled.
Controller and contact
Practical Ops Studio is an independent early-access validation project operated by Cristian Bogdan Butacu as an individual, not on behalf of an employer or incorporated company. Privacy requests: practicalopsstudio1@gmail.com.
Information collected and why
If you submit the early-access form, we collect the work email you provide, your professional role, the proposed licence selected, and your YES/MAYBE/NO purchase interest. The contact consent box is optional. The submitted data helps us measure genuine product interest and avoid duplicate enquiries. We contact you with product updates only when you explicitly opt in.
Legal bases
We rely on legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for limited market-validation analysis and responding to voluntary enquiries, subject to necessity, proportionality and your right to object. Optional product news and preview invitations are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), withdrawable by email at any time. You can participate without consenting to further contact.
Hosting, recipients and transfers
Webflow hosts the website and processes the early-access form on our behalf; a Google email service may be used to answer enquiries. Webflow states that customer/end-user information is stored in the United States and offers an applicable Data Processing Addendum and EU transfer safeguards. See https://webflow.com/legal/dpa and https://webflow.com/legal/subprocessors. We do not claim EU-only hosting or sell your details.
Analytics and browser storage
Google Analytics 4 is not currently enabled on this website. Before enabling non-essential traffic analytics, we intend to offer a genuine accept/reject choice and a way to withdraw consent without limiting access to the form. Any preference storage must be limited to remembering that choice. We will update this notice when analytics is activated.
Retention
We will review the responses at the end of the validation project and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed, no later than six months after that stage ends, unless a specific legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; or withdraw a consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to practicalopsstudio1@gmail.com. You may complain to an applicable data-protection authority, including ANSPDCP (https://www.dataprotection.ro/).
